The following are our Terms Of Sale. Please read carefully. Also, please keep in mind that although our terms may seem stringent, we are reasonable people that are easy to work with. We are aware that there are times when unfortunate situations occur that are out of the customer’s control and ours’ as well. We pledge to do everything we can (within reason) to make your experience with us as positive and enjoyable as possible.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee 100% healthy live arrival of all shipped animals IF the buyer is present for delivery, whether it be home, or airport delivery. We go to great lengths to properly pack all shipped animals. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of an animal arriving “DOA,” it will be replaced in full IF the buyer contacts us within 1 hour of delivery. We take as much interest and concern about getting your animals to you as we do about receiving our own new acquisitions. We also guarantee the health of all of our animals for (7) days after delivery, IF the buyer is present for delivery, and if we find that any type of unfortunate occurrence happened at no fault of the buyer. We feel this is satisfactory, considering the shorter amount of time most others are willing to guarantee their animals (if they’re guaranteed at all), and also because even after a shorter amount of time (say 24 hours for instance), the care of purchased animals is truly out of our control. Any animal to be found unsatisfactory in the allowed time stated above must be returned to us for the buyer to be refunded. This includes deceased animals. Please note: We keep good relations with our couriers and they are more than happy to assist us with detailed information about a shipment (when it arrived, what time it was signed for, etc.). It’s our responsibility to get the animal(s) to you as healthy and stress free as possible. It’s your responsibility to be there to accept them at the pre-arranged time.

Venomous: Absolutely no venomous species will be sold to minors residing in any state or to anyone in states, boroughs or municipalities where it is illegal to own these species. If you reside in a state which requires a venomous permit to own these species, you will be asked for photocopies of both your valid venomous permit and driver’s license with your payment before the animals are sold to you. It is at our discretion to ask for a signed waiver of responsibility concerning all venomous sales. We have the right to refuse sale to anyone at any time. We take the privilege of keeping venomous species very seriously. HellFire Reptiles will not “bend “the law, or contribute to the removal of that privilege. We will not ship venomous species by any other means than through approved airlines. Please do not ask.

Payment Methods: We accept money orders, and certified bank checks, at this time. Personal checks maybe accepted, but animals will not be shipped until these checks clear. It will actually save the customer time over the long run to go to the bank or post office and purchase a money order vs. sending a personal check. All deposits are non-refundable. Occasionally we accept agreed-term payment plans. These payments may also be non-refundable, at our discretion, if the buyer decides to back out or breaks the terms of our agreement.

Shipping: In the event that shipping of animals is necessary, we will ONLY ship by legal means of our choice. It is not worth it to us as the seller or you as the buyer to break the law. We’re here to have fun and enjoy our reptiles, first and foremost. By asking us to ship snakes through the U.S. Postal system to save you a few dollars, you are asking us to face FEDERAL charges. HINT: Federal charges do not equal FUN and ENJOYMENT. Shipping dates and times will be arranged when they are most convenient for the customer, and us as well. We prefer to get the animals to the customer as soon as possible, but not at the expense of the animals. All shipments are properly insulated and packaged for the time of year your shipping occurs. All shipments are fully covered by the details of our guarantee found above. Unless otherwise noted, shipping is not included in the purchase price of the animal(s), and is the buyer’s responsibility. We have never charged a box fee for nonvenomous orders. However, a crate fee for venomous orders may apply, depending on the size of the crate needed.

Trades: Occasionally we are looking to diversify our collection or bring in new blood lines. In the event of a trade, we will not ship first. But our guarantee, as stated above, still applies to our animals and we expect it to apply to yours as well.
